"The Martindale at the Beach" is an 18 unit resort located just 300 feet from the world famous Fort Lauderdale Beach and Boardwalk described as one of the most charming and affordable resorts in South Florida prominent travel guides such as Frommer's, Fodor's, Le Guide Du Routard, and the New York Times Travel Section it also has been featured on numerous travel programs.

"The Martindale at the Beach" resort accommodates singles, couples and families with 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartments, efficiencies, and hotel rooms, newly remodeled and tastefully decorated for a stay worthy of our refined clientele.

For our guests we have provided direct dial telephones, in-room safes, a private laundry room, maid service, free cable television, 9 hole mini-golf, a BBQ grill, a picnic area, and a heated pool.

All one and two bedroom apartments and efficiencies are equipped with new 25" color TV's, new kitchen cabinets.
Some of our units have King Size beds.

"The Martindale at the Beach" is completely fenced, totally private and secure. The front gate is locked each evening - your room key allows entry after hours.

The resort's attractive front gate opens into a lush tropical courtyard. It's garden shelters plants, flowers, and aromatic herbs. Each morning you can enjoy complimentary coffee in the garden...our friendly and knowledgeable staff will guide you to Fort Lauderdale's numerous attractions, insuring a day filled with excitement.

The Martindale has been rated by the Greater Fort Lauderdale Convention & Visitors Bureau as a "Superior Small Lodging" for the 10th consecutive year.

25% deposit required to guarantee reservation, balance due on arrival

A 28 days written notice is required for full refund of deposit

In case of a cancellation within 28 days of arrival or an early departure, we will try to re-rent your unit and return the recovered balance, less a 5% administration charge.
