RESERVATIONS

Please contact us by Telephone, Fax or E - Mail prior to making your flight arrangement to have more flexibility in regards to apartment size and rates.Once the details have been cleared you should send us a deposit.The amount of deposit varies according to length of stay and season. (minimum deposit : $ 150.00).

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations must be made at least 45 days prior to arrival in order to receive a full refund of deposit.Cancellation less than 45 days prior to arrival can result in a loss because time does not always permit re-sale. We will do our best to re-book your unit to give you full reimbursement.

EASY ACCESS

Take Interstate 95, - or Federal Highway (US1) to Sheridan Street. Go East on Sheridan Street to A1A over the Intracoastal Waterway. Turn right, going South on A1A. After 1/2 mile (700meters) make a left turn on Coolidge Street and go straight towards the beach. "Bougainvillea" is to the right, and "Sea Downs" is on the left. Please come to the Sea Downs Office for check-in.

If traveling without a car you can use taxis, shuttle service (Super Shuttle) or TRI - RAIL (the fastest and most economical transportation from Miami Airport). www.tri-rail.com
