Getting here...

From Miami International Airport follow signs to 836 East. Go through tollgate and follow MIAMI BEACH 395 signs. Take McArthur Causeway into Miami Beach, which becomes 5th Street. Take a left on Collins Avenue, go four blocks. The Franklin is on the corner of Collins and 9th, to your left.
