No charge for children 15 & under up to full bed capacity. Rollaways $5.00, cribs no charge. July 45h week add $15.00/day. Memorial Day weekend add $40.00/day. Easter, Thanksgiving & Labor Day weekend add $12.00/day. Above rates may not apply to conventions, groups & weekends. Weekend rates slightly higher. No weekly discount July 4th week. Reservations require a one nights deposit which will apply to the last scheduled day of departure and is forfeited including full balance if check out is earlier than reserved departure date. Deposit must be received within 10 days after making reservations. Personal checks must be received 21 days prior to arrival to allow bank clearance. Credit card deposit must be received after making reservation. Two weeks notice is required for change in reservation dates or cancellation for return of deposit. A $12.00 service charge will be deducted from deposit refund. Non cancellation or failure to show constitutes forfeiture and entire deposit will be held. Penthouse requires 30 days notice from arrival date for deposit refund. Please allow 4-6 weeks for reservation refund. No personal checks accepted as payment of balance on arrival (cash, travelers checks, Mastercard, Visa, Discover & AX only). A credit card imprint will be collected upon check in for any cash paying customers to cover incidental charges. Carefully note arrival and departure dates on confirmation. We are not responsible for money, jewelry, or other valuables lost or stolen on property. Complimentary safes are provided in each room. If additional person is added to reservation you must notify in advance of arrival. Reservations not taken for high school or college students unless parents come with them. If parent is not present on check in, the reservation will not be honored & deposit forfeited. SORRY, NO PETS. Telephone reservations taken between 8 am and 11 PM.
