Lodging Policies
ALL guests must be 20 years old or older unless accompanied by parents or legal guardian.
Guests 22 years and under must post a $50.00 per person cash damage deposit at check in.
Reservations must be secured by an advance deposit.
Payment for entire stay is due at check in.
Cancellation Policy: There is a $10.00 processing fee for all cancellations. Deposit ( less $10 fee) is refundable if you cancel at least 10 days of the arrival date. There are no refunds for reservations made within 10 days of your arrival date.
Absolutely NO PETS are allowed. Violation of this rule will result in a $50.00 charge and your eviction.
