Built around 1870 and located next to the Saltair Bed & Breakfast, the Alpine Cottages combine 19th-century charm with all the modern conveniences like cable TV, private phones and fireplaces.

Recently remodeled, the cottages sleep four and offer a full kitchen with a microwave, a comfortable sitting room, and a private entrance. Each unit has an original fireplace with unique designs by master craftsman of the late 1800s, perfect for lazy mornings or romantic evenings.

Alpine Cottages: Next door to the bed and breakfast, the 1870 cottages offers a living room with a fire place, cable TV and a private phone, a private bedroom with queen bed, kitchen and private bath. Decorated in period antiques, the cottages provide an intimate atmosphere still reflecting the elegance of the Victorian era.

Alpine Executive Suites/Condos: adjacent to the cottages, Nancy and Jan have renovated an older home into 5 complete apartments. The units ideally suit the family vacationers, skiers and business people seeking accommodations with living room, bedroom, furnished kitchen, and private bath.

The Alpine Cottages are perfect for business travelers on extended trips, ski getaways, families and special occasions.

Alpine Cottages Description

The cottages can accommodate up to four people. The up scale Deer Valley suite accommodates two. The cottage units are beautifully furnished and combine 19th century charm with modern conveniences such as cable TV, phones, fireplaces, sun deck and an outdoor hot tub. Each unit has a fully equipped kitchen for preparation of meals.

Snowbird $129
North Cottage provides full living facilities. The three room suite has two queen beds, one in bedroom and one wall folding Murphy bed in the sitting room. The cottage, furnished with antiques, features an antique working gas fireplace in sitting room. The bathroom has a shower/bath tub design.

Solitude $129
South Cottage provides full living facilities. The three room suite has a queen size bed and 2 twin beds in bedroom. The bedroom is decorated in a southwestern motif. A working antique gas fireplace in sitting room highlights the elegant comfort of the unit.

Deer Valley $149
One of our most elegant suites, this modern, upscale studio provides full living facilities. A Special feature of the unit is a jetted bath tub in a bright airy bathroom. The green marble gas fireplace in sitting area can be enjoyed from the sleeping area as well.

Children are welcome in the cottages only.

This unit can accommodate up to four people with a queen bed in bedroom, and two twin bed the bedroom in living room. The bathroom is designed with a bath tub shower arrangement.

Brighton $99 to 109
This unit can accommodate three to four people with a queen bed in bedroom in the bedroom, and a full size sofa sleeper in the living room. The bathroom is designed with a bath tub shower arrangement.

Park City $99
Park City Suite can accommodate two people with a queen bed in the bright sunny bedroom. This unit features a fireplace in the living area.

Wolf Mtn. $99
The Wolf Mountain unit is ideal for two people.
This unit has a queen size bed in bedroom and a cozy fireplace in the southwestern living room. 

Wasatch $129
This one bedroom has a queen bed in bedroom. It also has a day bed in the living area. Decorated in a country motif, the suite includes a comfortable living room with wood floors, cable T.V. and a private phone, a dining area, convenient kitchen and a private bath with tub/shower.

Oquirrh $129
A one bedroom suite with a queen bed in the bedroom. This unit also has a twin bed in the living area. This unit includes a full kitchen, dining area, living area with cable TV and private telephone and a private bath with a tub/shower.

Uintah $179
A two bedroom spacious suite with windowed turret in the living room. One bedroom has a queen bed and twin day beds in second bedroom. The suite includes a dining area and kitchen. Amenities include cable TV and private telephone.

Timpanogos $229 to $320
Our spacious three bedroom suite is brightened by a windowed turret in the living room. The tree bedrooms are arranged with a queen bed in the downstairs bedroom. A queen bed in one of the upstairs bedroom with a queen size sofa sleeper. A queen bed and twin bed in the second bedroom upstairs. The unit has two full bathrooms one on each floor. The main floor has a full kitchen, dining area and living area with cable TV and private telephone.
