1. The owner of each apartment is pleased to share his Florida home with you and appreciates you taking care of it and leaving it in the same condition as when you checked in.

2. The occupancy limit of 6 includes babies and children and is strictly enforced.

3. The resort prohibits the rental of resort units to multiple occupants of unrelated persons under the age of 23.

4. No Pets permitted.
