Enjoy the quaint Island style cottages designed for adults, each with its own particular charm, attractive island decor, antique oak furnishings, with central air conditioning and paddle fans cooling each room.
All cottages have complete kitchens, cable color TV, VCR's and individually controlled central air conditioning and heat. Each cottage features bedrooms with queen bed, living room, private baths with shower stall, porches, and private front and back entrances.

A deposit of 25% or one night's stay, whichever is greater, is required for all reservations.
Cancellation notice is a minimum of 30 days prior to check in and there is a $20.00 processing fee if that occurs. Cancellations within 30 days of check in results in forfeiture of the deposit if the room cannot be re-rented for the full term of your reservation. Refunds for early departure will be mailed to you within two weeks of the last day you reserved if the room can be re-rented on short notice. No cash refunds will be given. $20.00 processing fee will be taken.
