| The following are our guest rooms at the Kenwood Inn. We offer fourteen rooms and suites, each one individually decorated, all with private baths. all rooms have televisions, none have telephones. Rates are based on double occupancy and are quoted midweek/weekends. single and corporate rates are available midweek. approved and inspected by AAA, Mobile, Superior Small Lodgings and Florida Bed and Breakfast Inns. The Yellow Room
Located on the second floor, this Cozy room is decorated with shades of yellow and pink and displays one of Ralph Lauren designs. This quaint room has an elaborate antique double sized bed. The bath is very compact with a shower and would not be comfortable for the large person. One of the best features to this room is it's access to the upstairs wraparound porch complete with rockers and a hammock. Rate is $95.00/$125.00 |

The Country Victorian Room This second floor room is one of the prettiest
of our rooms with it's shades of pinks and mauve. Lace accents makes
this room very feminine. The two wing chairs creates a comfortable sitting
or reading area. The queen sized bed has an antique oak frame with matching
dresser and tables. The bath is all tiled in with tub and shower. |

The Brass Room
This is one of our coziest rooms and features
a double sized antique brass bed. The room is on the second floor and
is done is shades of blue and yellow. It has a tiled in bath with a
tub and shower. |

The Classic Rose Room
This large room is located on the second floor and features two double antique white iron beds and white wicker furniture. There are two comfortable chairs for sitting or reading. This room is decorated in shades of cool mint green and pinks with a rose theme. The bath is all tiled in with tub and shower. The Special Occasion
Suite
This three room waterview suite is located on the entire third floor. The rooms consist of a bedroom with a queen sized four poster antique bed with a sitting room adjacent to it, a separate living room with an overstuffed couch and loveseat and a non-cooking kitchen with a small refrigerator and coffee maker. On the weekends a breakfast basket is delivered to the suite and there’s a daily bottle of wine. The bath has an old fashioned clawfooted bathtub with a hand held shower attachment, there is not standing shower. Candles and bubble bath make this a romantic bathroom. Also known as the Bridal Suite this is the most spacious and private of all our rooms and suites. It offers a water view through the windows but does not have a balcony. Rate is $175.00/$225.00 |

Caitlins Room
This Unique room is actually two small rooms,
each with a double four poster bed and a private bath. Located on the
first floor on the courtyard side of the house this room is decorated
in a floral design in shades of pink and rose. This is the perfect room
for families or guest requiring separate beds. |

The Green Room
An antique queen sized four poster bed is
featured in this first floor room which also has a sitting room with
two wicker wing chairs. The room is done in shades of green and boasts
a Ralph Lauren Forest glade pattern. This use to be two small guest
rooms but now is one spacious room with a his and her baths with showers. |
